Challenge
The client ran two outbound call-center campaigns — durable medical equipment (DME) lead generation in the USA and air-duct-cleaning appointment booking in Canada — and needed to handle steady call volume and consistent first contact without staffing a large agent floor for every dial.
Approach
STM built a dedicated AI voice agent for each campaign in Vapi and connected both to the client's Vicidial dialer. The DME agent runs the lead-generation script and pushes qualified leads into Vicidial; the DUCT agent runs the duct-cleaning script and books service appointments directly. Vapi handles volume, speed, and the repetitive first conversation, while the client's human team handles escalations, judgment calls, and quality control.
Results
Both voice agents are live and running through Vicidial — the DME agent generating qualified leads across the USA and the DUCT agent booking duct-cleaning appointments across Canada.
